Dr. Jumba Jookiba (voiced by David Ogden Stiers) is the creator of Stitch in Jaden meets Lilo and Stitch. He was on trial for creating illegal genetic experiments, and ended up being arrested. After Stitch escaped to Earth, he was offered to retrieve Stitch, with Pleakley, in exchange for his freedom. After several attempts of trying to catch Stitch, they both get fired, and after Jumba tried to get Stitch his way, he accidentally blew up Lilo's house. Soon, Lilo was captured by Gantu, and Stitch was very easily able to convince Jumba to help him, Nani, and Jaden and his team to save Lilo. In the end, when Stitch became an offical member of Lilo's ohana, Jumba and Pleakley too became part of Lilo's ohana as well.
