Applejack (voiced by Ashleigh Ball) is a main character from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She represents the element of honesty. She's a very hard working pony who works as farmer on Sweet Apple Acres in Ponyville with her Granny Smith, her big brother, Big McIntosh and her little sister, Apple Bloom.

- Applejack will guest star in Jeffrey & Friends meet Bambi. At the end, she'll join the team with her friends and sister.
- As Mistress Mare-velous, she has a lasso that she can psychically control, and also makes use of restraining horseshoes called "hoofarangs".
- Applejack is willing to forgive Ralphie, though she admits that he has a lot to make up for.
- In Twilight & Kyle's Adventures of Avengers: Endgame, Princess Twilight recruits her to join the Rainbooms temporarily, since her human counterpart was a vctim of the Blip, to retrieve the Infinity Stones and undo Thanos have done. After rescuing their fallen friends and saving the universe from the Heylin Empire and the Black Order, she returns to Equestria.
