Starling (Voiced by Nicole Oliver) is a 14-year old Sky Knight and the sole survivor of The Interceptors, who's members got wiped out by the Raptors. She help the Storm Hawks attack Cyclonia to reclaim to Aurora Stone. She also reclaim her teams shield from the Raptors. She use a pair of nun-chucks which purple crystals on each end as her main weapon.
Though she help the Storm Hawks several times, she offend work alone and deny Aerrow's offer to join the Storm Hawks.
