The Toon Patrol are a group of evil toon weasels who serve as henchmen for Judge Doom. They five consist of:
Smart Ass (voiced by David Lander)- the leader. Also known as Smarty.
Greasy (voiced by Charles Fleischer)- runner-up leader.
Psycho (voiced by Charles Fleischer)- the insane one.
Wheezy (voiced by the late June Foray)- the smoker.
And Stupid (voiced by Fred Newman)- the stupid one.
The tried to "dip" Roger Rabbit and Jaden in Jaden finds out Who Framed Roger Rabbit? But in the end, they literally died of laughter, except Smart Ass who got "dipped."
