Zelda (voiced Katja Zoch) is the main antagonist of The Swan Princess 3: The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure. She is a sorceress who was intended to be Rothbart's wife, but Rothbart rejected her in order to make Odette be his wife. Zelda plotted to create the Forbidden Arts herself with a spell written on pages Derek locked up in his castle. She captured a Yakey bird named Whizzer and forced him to be her spy. With his help, she was able to create the Forbidden Arts and use them to turn Odette back into a swan. But she was defeated when Derek broke her wand.
